Even though we are super excited about the nearing arrival of Spring and Summer, losing a precious hour of sleep is tough on our internal clocks! We are definitely still feeling the effects on our system. The rule of thumb when it comes to time change is that for every lost hour, we need a day of adjustment. But it’s been two days since the time-change and we still aren’t feeling quite refreshed! Here are some tips that we are following to help us feel reinvigorated and organized after losing a few Zzz’s!
1. Light is nature’s way of signaling us that it’s time to wake up! Our bodies are biologically programmed to respond to this environmental cue, so if you’re feeling less than awake, look to the light!
